I’m Lula, founder of iRunWithLula, a space created for people to connect, support each other, and grow together, transforming personal stories into collective strength. What began as an idea during my candidacy in Charlotte evolved into a mission: building community, elevating voices, and creating access to leadership.

Through #iRunWithLula and #ActUpSis, I centre my work on forging inclusive networks where women from all backgrounds can stand in solidarity, challenge inequities, and step into leadership in every area of life. Representation is important, but it’s only meaningful when it leads to structural change, shared resources, and sustainable opportunity.

My goal is to expand these networks into measurable impact: advocating for equity‑centered policies, designing programs that open pathways to leadership, and cultivating environments where collaboration leads to transformation.

This work isn’t about recognition, it’s about collective power, sustained progress, and opening doors for the next generation of women leaders.
